The Puritan 1806-WF CR Chemical Resistant Foam Tipped Swab is a non-sterile applicator that has a chemical resistant foam tip with a wood handle. The tip of this applicator is chemical resistant foam that is slightly abrasive with high absorbency and will not swell or break apart with most solvents. It's securely bonded to a Northern white birch wood shaft with a thermoplastic adhesive and is perfect for critical and industrial environments for task's removing residues and particulates, retaining and transfering fluids, and scrubbing to remove adhesives or contamination. The 1806-WF CR foam tip applicator meets FDA GMP's and ISO 9001:2000 standards.

The Foam tip material is a medical-grade polyurethane foam that is produced in a sheet form in a range of porosity.
