The ASG 64117 CL-7000 DC Electric Driver is for standard to medium torque applications using #1 to #10 screws (2.0 mm to 5.0 mm). This driver is designed for production environments, where torque repeatability is a must to maintain quality standards, the CL-7000 Electric Screwdriver is the most flexible tool in CL-Series. The ASG 64117 CL-7000 is intended for vertical insertion of fasteners and also recommended wherever clean-room assembly or static control is an issue.

The CL-6000, CL-6500, and CL-7000 are the standard tools in the CL family of tools. Ranges of 1.2 lbf/in to 21 lbf/in will cover most production applications. This CL-7000 is supplied with a 5.0 mm drive and externally replaceable brushes. The torque adjusting nut can be locked in place to prevent movement of the torque nut once the tool is calibrated. A 3 mm set screw can be inserted under the torque nut band to lock torque nut (order Kit Number 64900).
