The Excelta Corporation 7275E 5-Star 5.25" Miniature Angulated Head, Max Flush Cutters are extruded from 1% carbon tool steel and induction hardened 2 mm into the cutting edge to 63/65 RHC. All angulated cutters have max flush cutting edges and feature a set-screw to prolong cutting life and prevent over-travel of the cutting blades. All cutters feature Stainless Steel Leaf Springs. Made in U.S.A.
