Reset my Password

Resetting your password requires a few simple steps and you'll be back online.

 

  • A popup box will appear.  Enter your email address and submit
  • The new page that loads will have some added instruction and a PIN.  Keep this page open and check your inbox

  • Click the link in the email above and the PIN Confirmation page will open.  Enter the pin ( 1 ) and click verify ( 2 ).


  • The change password will load.  Change your password and retype it to confirm the new password.
  • An email indicating you password has changed is sent to your inbox

Account Page

Your My Account page is your resource for all of your account information with Q Source Inc. You will find information such as Order Tracking, Order History, Invoice History, Frequently Purchased Items and more.

We created this page for you so that you have convenient access to customer service day or night.
You can access the My Account Portal from our navigation menu (My Account link) or by clicking on your name in the header of our website. 


  1. The Current Profile section shows your web user profile details. Any links Shopping Tool or Account Tool links your favorite will also be shown here.
  2. Order tracking is available from this section by entering an order number, invoice number or PO number.
  3. The Recent Web Orders area lists the recent orders you have placed via our website
  4. The Recent Company Orders area lists all orders placed with us that are associated with your customer code. This may include orders from the web, phone, EDI, etc.
  5. The Frequently Purchased Items area shows the items your company most frequently purchases. It is a quick way to find things you order regularly.
  6. The Recent Company Quotes area allows you to see quotes that we have created for your company and process them through our website.
  7. The Shopping Tools area has many convenient tools that you can use to improve your shopping experience.
  8. The Account Tools area is where you can access additional account information including information such as Online statements, Backorder Lists, Privacy Settings, and more
  9. Manage Favorite Links allows you to ‘favorite’ Shopping Tools or Account Tools and make them available in your Current Profile Favorite Links area for quick access.
    • Click the link and it turns current links to stars.  Click into star to highlight
    • Click done and they will appear next to your profile

Create Favorites

Creating favorites is good for segmenting products for your specific need as a replenishment item that you purchase  repeatedly, or you wish to get approval from a colleague prior to adding it to an order template.  Whatever your use creating Favorites can help you save time and organize products in a way that is meaningful to you.  Your Favorites List will be located on you My Account page


Shop as Normal and when you find the first item you want to save click on the Add to Favorites button.t.  A window will pop-up.



  1. This will be the part number you selected to save to the parts list.

  2. If you have no categories created you will need to create one depending on how you like categorize them.   if you have the already created move step 3

  3. Select category you by clicking into the check box
  4. Save your selection
  5. Close the popup box
  6. Shop as normal and repeat

Create Wish Lists

Creating wish lists is a good way to keep track of future potential purchases.  Your Wish List will be located on you My Account page

Wish List

Shop as Normal and when you find the first item you want to save click on arrow next to the Add to Favorites button.t.  A list will drop down. Select add to Wish List.



  •  Create a new Wish list or select the one you created earlier.  Already have one move to step 3
  •  if one has not been create a pop-up box will prompt you, then continue to shop
  • Select the wish list to add it to

  • Edit, Add , Rename, Remove items 
 
      1.  View edit list
      2. Also to view and edit list
      3. Rename your list
      4. Delete list

  • Converting list to a cart or quote can be done by viewing the wish list

Create Order Templates

Creating order Templates will save time and money when ordering replenishment items.  Your Order templates will be located on you My Account page

Wish List

Shop as Normal and when you find the first item you want to save click on arrow next to the Add to Favorites button..  A list will drop down. Select add to Order template or create a new one by clicking on the bottom.



  •  Create a new Order Template or select the one you created earlier.  Already have one Skip ahead to edit, add, rename or remove items

  •  if one has not been created a pop-up box will prompt you, then continue to shop
  • Edit, Add , Rename, Remove items 
Edit Order Templates 
      1. View / change template list
      2. Edit list
      3. Delete Template
      4. Add items to cart
      5. Add to Quote
      6. Clear item quantities only
      7. Quick checkout needs to enabled while editing the list
