The ASG 64271 BL-5000 Inline Electric Driver is for medium to light torque applications using #1 to #4 screws (2.0 mm to 3.0 mm). The BL-5000 4.0 mm drive model offers greatest flexibility for small fasteners or vacuum pick-up applications. This electric driver is switchable between lever start or push-to-start. Also the ASG 64271 BL-5000 is a Brushless Electric Screwdriver which provides longer life and cleaner operation. It features a brushless motor with magnetic switches that eliminates carbon dust and extends driver life. The all metal gears (no plastic gears to break/no mechanical switches to wear out) and minimal heat build-up bolster the driver's continuous use rating.

The BL-5000 is recommended for high-production environments and wherever clean-room assembly or static control is an issue.
