ACL Staticide 8085BM2460 - Dualmat Series 2-Layer Static Dissipative Pre-Cut Mat - 24" x 60" - Light Blue

The ACL Staticide 8085BM2460 Dualmat Series 2-Layer Static Dissipative Pre-Cut Mat is a static dissipative industrial-grade elastomer that is designed for use on tables and other grounded work bench surfaces. The material of this matting was developed to conform to the most stringent ESD and lead-free requirements and is volume dissipative electrical properties. It's chemically crossed linked with different electrical resistance on each side and because of the crossed-link structure it will not delaminate and is volume conductive. The layers of the 8085BM2460 are permanently dissipative with polymers that will not lose electrical properties, exudate, outgas, and contaminate clean room environments. Along with that this material is durable as rigid laminates and as comfortable and appealing as softer rubber or vinyl mats. This ESD matting is suitable for use with constant monitoring systems.

Due to the structure of the ACL Staticide 8085BM2460 Dualmat Series 2-Layer Static Dissipative Pre-Cut Mat this material meets both ANSI/ESD S20.20 and European IEC 613450-5-1 specifications. By complying to these standards it indicates that it has outstanding charge dissipation, rapid charge decay, no charge suppression and outstanding low tribogeneration properties. This matting can withstand solvents, soldering iron deformation, and will not curl and has excellent abrasion resistance. The 8085BM2460 features an embossed surface that reduces light glare, increases part slip resistance, and facilitate cleaning. The material used for this ESD mat is free from halogens, lead, arsenic, barium, heavy metals, phthalate plasticizers, vinyl monomer, asbestos, formaldehyde, antimony, chromium, cadmium, and other dangerous volatiles. Along with that this matting is RoHS compliant and may be used in environments where outgassing and contamination is of concern. Please note this material does not contain substances on REACH SvHC list.
