The Chemtronics CLF8 Chemask LF Lead-Free Solder Masking Agent is a temporary, fast curing, peelable solder masking agent formulated for use in high temperature and lead-free applications. It can be introduced into preheat ovens within 4 minutes of applications without any adverse effects. This masking agen provides a temperature resistant coating that protects component-free areas of PCB during wave soldering. The Chemtronics CLF8 Chemask LF Lead-Free Solder Masking Agent can be used on tin/lead solders and provides short term temperature protection up to 550°F. It’s also RoHS compliant and can be used to protect pins, post, contacts, and edge connections during conformal coating process.
