SCS 770007 - Concentric Ring Probe - 2.8" Dia x 6.5" H

The SCS 770007 Concentric Ring Probe is used in conjunction with a resistance meter and measure surface resistance per ANSI/ESD STM11.11. It can measure volume resistance of planar materials using a flat conductive metal plat (NOT INCLUDED) and may also be used for resistance measurements of ESD packaging including static shielding and other bags. The SCS 770007 Concentric Ring Probe is compatible with the SCS 701, 701-M and SRMETER2.
