The Excelta Corporation 7249E 5-Star 5.5" Relieved Fine Tip Opti-Flush Cutters are extruded from 1% carbon tool steel and induction hardened 2 mm into the cutting edge to 63/65 RHC. Features optimum flush cutting edges and a set-screw to prolong cutting life and prevent over-travel of the cutting blades. Made in U.S.A.
