Return Policy

All returns must have prior approval and must be returned with a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#). To receive an RMA#, please contact our Customer Service Department for authorization at 1-800-966-6020 or email us. Returns must be in new, resalable condition and returned in their original packaging. A restocking fee may apply.

Customers are responsible for damaged shipment claims. All claims should be filed as soon as possible with the related freight carrier.

Custom orders and non-standard stock items cannot be returned.

Refund Policy

Regular orders can be returned within 15 days of receipt in their original packaging and must be in resalable condition. The customer is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid. Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged and if the original packing is compromised. Credit refund will be processed upon approved acceptance of the returned merchandise. Special orders are non-returnable and thereby are not refundable.
