Learn How to Get the Most Out of Your Q Source Web Account

My Account

If you have a customer account on QSource.com, make sure to check out the My Account page. My Account provides you with a number of useful tools that can be accessed by either clicking on the My Account tab, hovering over the tab for a drop-down menu, or by clicking on the customer name.

The My Account page offers a specific set of options (see the image below and the corresponding numbers). The My Account drop-down offers a different selection of choices including: favorites, recent Web orders, view invoices, current statement, purchase history, frequent items, request terms, saved carts, and shopping cart.

My Account

  1. Choose Account – This is where you'll select which account to log in with (if you have multiple customer codes). If you only have one code assigned to you, you'll only see one account.
  2. User Information – Displays who you are logged in as (in this case, john.doe@fakeemail.com is the customer and is logged in as John's Fake Company, Inc. (ID XXXXX)).
  3. Track My Order – Allows you to enter a PO number, invoice number, or order number to get further order details.
  4. Recent Web Orders – Displays all recent Web orders that you've placed directly through the Web site or mobile app. Clicking the order number displays details on that order.
  5. Recent Company Orders – Displays all your recent company orders, including offline orders. This also displays your PO number and if the order has been completed or not. If marked “No,” items may be on backorder.
  6. Recent Company Quotes – Displays all of your recent company quotes with quote numbers linking to further details of that quote. Please Note: You cannot checkout through the Web site for a selected quote, but you can request the quote to be converted through the Web site.
  7. Account Activities - This section displays the Shopping and Account Tools available to you. Each section of tools offers specific choices. For example, the Shopping Tools are related to the shopping experience (such as favorites, saved carts, etc.) and the Account Tools are related to information like invoices, statement, quotes, orders, etc.
