The ASG CCS System is an Ultra Low Torque Precision Fastening System which is just the type of solution that will allow you to compete in today's marketplace.
Automated fastening systems provide the ability to quickly transform any manufacturing area into an efficient work-space and allows the flexibility to make incremental product improvements for small and large production cycles. The fastening process is more about providing quality torque control for manufacturing which is repeatable and scalable. As manufacturers increase performance and optimize their production capability, they can remain cost competitive. Electric screwdrivers engineered for robotic and automation applications provide manufactures with a rapid, reliable and precise method of fastening screws. The technology of these automation tools provides tighter process control and higher quality standards, while keeping costs down. ASG is ISO 9001:2015 certified as well as an RIA Certified Robotic Integrator. They have been offering products and solutions for the assembly industry for since 1976.
The ASG-CCS1500-45-SY CCS Ultra Low Torque Fastening System is a small light-weight tool that comes with a cable, controller and power supply. At speeds up to 1500 RPM it is fast and allows 3 modes of operation normal, high speed, and tapping.
The ASG Ultra Low Torque Fastening System easily mounts to robotic assembly systems and is controlled through the PC or a PLC. It also allows the user to program up to 16 different jobs and allows for a customized screw finder for vacuum pickup.
