The Puritan 1130 Foam Tipped Swab is a non-sterile applicator that has an pointed foam tip with a polypropylene handle. The tip of this applicator is reticulated 100 PPI foam that is soft and lint- and residue-free. It also has a thermal bond with no contaminating adhesives and perfect for applications and environments such as precision cleaning, small tight areas, electronic manufacturing, medical device manufacturing, applying coatings or adhesives, and removing particles or residues. The 1130 foam applicator can be sued with IPA and DI water.

The Foam tip material is a medical-grade polyurethane foam that is produced in a sheet form in a range of porosity.
