The Puritan 1806-PF Foam Tipped Swab is a non-sterile applicator that has a standard foam tip with a polypropylene handle. The tip of this applicator is reticulated 100 PPI medical grade foam that is lint- and residue-free, soft, and non-abrasive. It's thermally bonded to a polypropylene shaft to ensure the tip cleans up particles without releasing any into the environment and is perfect for critical environments for tasks like removing residues and particles, applying adhesives or other solutions, and general cleaning. The 1806-PF foam tip applicator can be used with IPA and DI water or dry and meets ISO9001:2008, ISO13485:2003, CE marked for medical use, and FDA GMPs standards (certificate of sterility and/or conformance available with each shipment upon request).

The Foam tip material is a medical-grade polyurethane foam that is produced in a sheet form in a range of porosity.
