Simco 22-1000 - Emitter Point Cleaner - 91% Isopropanol - 1.9" - 50/Box

The Simco 22-1000 Emitter Point Cleaner has a polyester non-woven materail head that is attacehd to an internal vial of solution. Once the internal vial is crushed the head becomes saturated with 91% IPA for point of use application. Each of the Simco 22-1000 - Emitter Point Cleaner is individually packaged in cleanroom compatible material and lot coded for traceability and quality control.

Applications of the Simco 22-1000 Emitter Point Cleaner:

• Removing adhesive build up
• Cleaning and maintaining Emitter points
• Cleaning of grooves, tracks, slots and other small spaces
• Solvent cleaning sensitive surfaces such as optical assemblies

How to use the Simco 22-1000 Emitter Point Cleaner:

• Crush ampule in vial and soak swab
• Slide swab over tip and twist back and forth (this must be done carefully due to Si tips being fragile)
• Repeat for all emitter tips
• Ensure no emitter tips were pulled out or broken priot to discarding vial
• Visually inspect each tip for degradtion and breakage
