The Gibo/Kodama 4300IT-V569-01 Synchron 4000 Series Mid-Bench Height Chair is made for standard applications and has independent tilt controls with seat and back angle adjustments. It has a capacious contoured waterfall seat that provides firm yet comfortable support for the user. The seat and standard back are made from a grade 1 vinyl material, which is heavy-duty and fire retardant. It also features chrome hooded dual wheel casters and a 28" diameter polished aluminum base with a 20" diameter adjustable footring for operator comfort.

The independent tilt controls allow for the user to control adjustments that can be done in the seated position. The back height is adjusted by loosening the right hand knob and re-tightening when at the desired location and the seat height is adjusted with the right front lever that controls the pneumatic lift. The seat angle and back angle are adjusted independently with the seat angle using the right rear lever and the back angle using the left rear lever both of which can be locked in any position.
