The AIM Solder 14048 SAC305 SN96.5/AG.3.5 Lead-Free Glow Core No-Clean Flux Solder Wire is highly recommended for achieving fast cycle time soldering tasks. Made of a lead-free alloy blend that contains 95.5% tin with 3% silver and 0.5% copper, it works great with all kinds of flux and coatings. Thermal transfer is of good quality and wetting is exceptionally good. Post-process residue is low to medium and cleaning isn’t necessary for most applications.
