The InterMetro Industries (Metro) CBNTCS20MSOL1 Side-Load Cart w/Smart Trays & Inlays is designed to maximize productivity by accelerating throughput, minimizing PCB handling damage and providing superior ESD protection. It holds a 18" x 26" Molded MetroStat tray that can handle multiple size boards and offers premium ESD protection. The CBNTCS20MSOL1 MetroStat ESD-Safe Smart Trays facilities efficient tracking of work-in-process and finished goods with use of bar code technology. This Smart Cart supports lean manufacturing by offering color coding accessories. The InterMetro Industries (Metro) CBNTCS20MSOL1 Side-Load Cart w/Smart Trays & Inlays comes included with shelves, post, slides, handles and stop bars that are all ESD-Safe and have a chrome-plated finish. Also included with this Smart Cart are 5" stem/swivel vibration suppression casters (5MFA Series two brakes & two swivel casters) and premium 2-layer tray inlays.
