The Chemtronics CW8500 CircuitWorks No-Clean Tacky Flux has a Type ROLO formulation designed for BGA rework requiring high-reliability, stability and cleanliness. It’s composition hold BGA components in place even with board movement and it’s low viscosity allows for easy application. It contains no ionic material and is non-corrosive, halide and halogen free. This flux is suitable for clean room application and has a long tack time with extended shelf life. The Chemtronics CW8500 CircuitWorks No-Clean Tacky Flux requires no refrigeration and comes provided with a syringe applicator that provides exact delivery of flux to surface. This RoHS compliant flux meets IPC requirements for ROLO, No Clean and conforms to ISO 9454. It also meets Bellcore TR-NWT-000078 requirements, DIN EN 2294554-1 1.1.3.C classification.
