The Transforming Technologies IN4000PE Ptec Airflex Ionizer Flexible Ionizing Nozzle is a small compact designed ionizer that protects most static sensitive devices. The flexible neck of this unit frees the operator’s hands during assembly and manufacturing processes and uses Ptec technology that provides exceptional static decay capability and excellent stability. The IN4000PE Ptec Airflex Ionizer Flexible Ionizing Nozzle, which produces a 68 KHz output of approximately 2200V and a continuous stream of balanced ions also includes a photoelectric eye. This eye controls both ionization and airflow that reduces compressed air costs and extends the overall life of the ionizer. The metal snake tube of this unit can be used to adjust the height and angle of the nozzle. Along with these features this easy to use ionizers allows for multiple nozzle options and comes equipped with an auto ion balance within 10V and an ionization indictor light (green) and an abnormal HV indicator light (red). The IN4000PE is perfect for operation in areas where humidity is 20-70% RH (non-condensing) please note that excess humidity may affect ionizer performance.

The Transforming Technologies IN4000PE Ptec Airflex Ionizer Flexible Ionizing Nozzle uses Ptec Technology, which is a specialized piezoelectric high voltage transformer that makes Ptec ionizers extremely reliable. These types of ionizers are designed to remain in balance and to alarm the user when the HV output affects performance. The Ptec technology also does not require calibration and only minimal maintenance.
