JBC Tools NANE-2C - Premium Series ESD-Safe Nano Soldering Station - 230V

The JBC Tools NANE-2C Premium Series ESD-Safe Nano Soldering Station allows the simultaneously use of two JBC Tools NT105 Nano Soldering Irons, which have a short distance from tip to handle for maximum control even when using a microscope. This station provides high precision soldering on very small sized components such as 0402, 0201, 01005, and more chips. The NANE-2C features JBC's exclusive heating system and intelligent sleep and hibernation features to improve work efficiency and save tip life. It also features a digital menu that allows the user to personalize over 20 different parameters to help manage the soldering process.

The JBC's exclusive heating system recovers the soldering tip temperature quickly, which increases work efficiency and lowers the solder temperature. This system features a compact element that optimizes the heat transfer by reducing thermal barriers, a fully integrated thermal sensor, which ensures a quick temperature recovery, and an intelligent algorithm that is used to increase performance.

The JBC's intelligent sleep and hibernation functions lower the tip temperature when the tool is not being used and helps tip life last up to 5 times longer. The sleep function will automatically reduce the tip temperature down to 356°F (180°C) when the iron is resting in the stand. The station will automatically go into hibernation mode when the time programmed in the sleep mode expires, during this time the power supply is cut off and the tip will reduce to room temperature.
