Vision Engineering EVO Cam AURA 4K Digital Microscope
The Vision Engineering EVO Cam AURA is a configurable digital microscope and inspection system that combines high-resolution imaging with integrated inspection, measurement, comparison, annotation, and documentation tools. Designed to take operators from live inspection to documented results within one system, EVO Cam AURA supports accurate, repeatable workflows while helping maintain consistency between operators, shifts, and locations. Depending on the model selected, the system provides either 4K or 1080p imaging with touchscreen or physical keypad control.

This system is part of Vision Engineering's registration program, helping protect and support our authorized distribution partnership.
Inspect. Measure. Document. All in One Digital Microscopy System.Built for demanding production, quality control, and laboratory environments, EVO Cam AURA combines high-quality optical zoom and autofocus with focus stacking, image tuning, customizable presets, image comparison, overlays, measurement tools, and annotations. Integrated focus stacking creates sharper images of uneven samples or components with varying depths, while configurable presets allow commonly used inspection settings to be saved for recurring tasks. Intelligent lens and lighting recognition automatically updates applicable settings, helping operators establish consistent inspection conditions.
The integrated AURA software provides access to zoom, focus, lighting, image control, capture, measurement, and analysis from a single interface. Because EVO Cam AURA operates as an all-in-one digital inspection system, a separate PC is not required for inspection, image capture, measurement, annotation, comparison, and documentation workflows.
Each configuration is designed for specific applications that apply to electronics, aerospace, medical device manufacturing, and research laboratories. EVO Cam AURA provides a flexible platform for organizations that need clear imaging, repeatable inspection procedures, measurement capabilities, and documented results from a single digital microscopy system.
Features and Benefits:
- 4K High-Resolution Imaging - Available 4K models capture fine surface and component details while the sensitive sensor captures a wide range of colors and brightness levels, supporting demanding inspection and quality-control applications.
- Three Model Configurations - Choose from EVO Cam AURA 4K Touch with touchscreen control, EVO Cam AURA 4K with front-button keypad control, or EVO Cam AURA HD with 1080p imaging and keypad control.
- High-Quality Optical Zoom - Bespoke optics and optical zoom allow users to move between an overall view and close inspection without interrupting the inspection workflow.
- Integrated Autofocus - Quickly brings samples into focus with less manual adjustment, helping streamline routine inspection tasks.
- Focus Stacking - Captures images at different focal depths to produce a sharper image across uneven samples and three-dimensional components such as populated PCBs.
- Integrated Measurement Tools - Provides calibrated measurement of defined dimensions directly within the displayed image, with multiple calibrations that can be reloaded across different magnifications.
- Image Annotation - Add annotations directly to captured images to identify defects, features, or areas of interest for quality reporting and communication.
- Image Comparison Tools - Pulse, curtain, and synchronized comparison options enable operators to compare inspection images against golden samples.
- Customizable Go/No-Go Overlays - Create overlays specific to individual inspections for visual reference checks, and incorporate them into presets for recurring tasks.
- Customizable Inspection Presets - Save known combinations of settings for repetitive inspection procedures, helping reproduce established inspection conditions. Presets can also be shared across multiple AURA systems.
