The SCS, a Division of Desco 1500 Series Static Shielding Bags are available in both open and zip-top styles and are heat sealable. These transparent metal-out anti static bags are designed to provide safe packaging, transport and storage of ESD sensitive devices and components. Each static pouch comes printed with an ESD protective symbol and lot code for traceability.

The metal-out construction of the SCS 1500 Series Static Shielding Bags is composed of a top coated metallized polyester and polyethylene laminate. The proprietary top coating Is made specifically to protect the metal layer and quickly discharge any static charges. Polyester dielectric, in concert with the metal layer provides shielding for the bag contents from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and helps minimize the penetration of an electrical field.
