The Puritan 25-805 1PC TT FABUSA DNA Controlled Cotton Tipped Applicator is a non-sterile applicator that has a cotton tip with a plastic handle. The tip of this applicator is an absorbent high quality USP grade cotton material that is produced in a DNA controlled environment. It's securely bonded to a polystyrene handle and is perfect for DNA testing and forensic evidence collection because of it's reclosable dry transport device that it's in. This device is made for reliable sampling and evidence collection and the tube has a breathable filter label (evidience information labels included) that covers any holes to prevent mold growth. The 25-805 1PC TT FABUSA cotton tip applicator can be used with IPA, sterile water, or dry and is CE marked for medical use while meeting ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485:2003 and FDA GMP's standards (certificate of compliance available with each shipment upon request).

The cotton tip is a pharmaceutical-grade spun cotton fiber, which is standard for applicators that are used in all applications from basic patient care to crime scene investigation. This material is soft, very absorbent and safe that performs consistently and reliably. Puritan Medical Products only purchases the finest grade USP cotton in bales and then cards the fiber to their specifications to assure consistent quality for the user's specific use.
