  1. Q. Can Anyone request an Account and shop at Q
    A.  Yes we allow both individual consumer Accounts and Commercial Accounts on the Web.  Simply Create an account  and you'll receive a confirmation email from us and your account will be active.

  4. Q. I do not see the product I need. Does that mean you do not carry it?

  5. Q. I am a purchasing Agent I need to get a Quotes Can I get one?
    Yes. Q Source provides several methods by which to get a Quote:
    • Send us an email
    • Fill out a Quote form
    • Browse our products normally and instead of Adding it to cart select Add to Quote.

  1. Q. Will my items ship today?
     All orders received by 3:30 pm EST, with items in stock, usually ship the same day. Orders received after 3:30 pm EST, with items in stock, will ship no later than the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or legal holidays.
    Orders with items not in stock are usually processed within 24 hours. Our average shipping time is 3-5 business days, but each order can vary depending on the details of the order. Orders rarely take more than five business days to arrive unless there is an exception and/or if the chosen shipping method in relation to the F.O.B. point causes additional delivery time. In the event of a known and unusual exception, Q Source will endeavor to contact the customer to advise them of the expected delivery time.

  2. Q. Can I use my own shipping account instead of Q Source's?
    Yes we have provided an option during checkout to indicate the use of an alternate shipping account.  Select the Use My Account radio button, and provide the Carrier and the Account information in the form box supplied. Use my own shipping account

  3. Q. How do you know if the item is in Stock?
    Q Source carries multiple product lines and each product line is unique in its fulfillment practices.  If we carry a product in-house and stock is available it will indicate In Stock. Ready to ship.  Other messages are avaialable and is located underneath the pricing.

  1. Q. Can I check out without an Account?
    Yes our site allows anonymous checkouts.  There are more benefits to having an account with us and it only take a few moments to setup.

  2. Q. Can I return my Purchase?
    Yes, All returns must be claimed within 30 days. All returns must have prior approval and must be returned with a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#). To receive an RMA #, please contact our Customer Service Department for authorization at 1-855-945-0670 or email us. Returns must be in new resalable condition and returned in their original packaging. A restocking fee of 25% may apply in most cases.   4. Q. Can I attach files t my order like a Purchase Order or my tax exempt forms?
      Yes.  You can attach these forms to your order, but only if you have an account with us.  On page 3 of the check out process.  Click the checkbox for add attachments, and you can select a file to attach from your computer.  You may also send it separately to  Still need help watch our video.
