The InterMetro Industries (Metro) RE3P Portable Wire Prep Rack is made to accommodate standard 18" x 26" (457 x 660 mm) trays or pans. The 0.5" (12.7 mm) food grade polyethylene cutting board/work surface provides an area for slicing, mixing, garnishing or other types of food preparation.
