The Weller WHP1000 Heating Plate is for rework of digital cameras, cell phones, PDA's, and MP3 players and is equipped with an infrared heater for fast and accurate heat up. This heating plate provides precise temperature control with its digital electronics and will heat up the component from below to the correct temperature. The temperature can be regulated with an optional type-K external sensor. The WHP1000 features an auto-off and standby mode and has a RS 232 interface, which allows control by the WHA3000P hot air station. This plate indicates the temperatures digitally and is perfect for multi-layered PCB boards, which can be pre-heated from the bottom.
