All prices are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are net and are F.O.B. our warehouse or factory, with title passing at such point. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We offer quantity price breaks on most items, and extra discounts may be available for large quantity purchases. For extra discounts on large quantity purchases, please contact us at 1-800-966-6020. All returns must be claimed within 30 days. All returns must have prior approval and must be returned with a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#). To receive an RMA #, please contact our Customer Service Department for authorization at 1-800-966-6020 or email us. Returns must be in new resalable condition and returned in their original packaging. A restocking fee of 25% may apply in most cases. Customers are responsible for damaged shipment claims. All claims should be filed as soon as possible with the related freight carrier. Custom orders and non-standard stock items cannot be returned. Items claimed to be defective will be determined at the discretion of Q Source and/or the original manufacturer upon physical receipt of the returned item(s). Necessary time will vary and be required to make a final determination and can therefore require three to six weeks in usual cases. Q Source will endeavor to make a final determination if the return is acceptable and subject to approval as soon as possible.
Regular orders can be returned within 15 days of receipt in their original packaging and must be in resalable condition. The customer is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid. Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged and if the original packing is compromised. Credit refund will be processed upon approved acceptance of the returned merchandise. Special orders are non-returnable and thereby are not refundable.
All customers will receive a confirmation, via email (your email address must be provided to us), when your order is shipped. If you have not received your confirmation email yet, but think you should have, send an email to customer service or call 1-800-966-6020 with your name, company name, and order info and we will locate your order.

We currently ship orders within the United States and to Puerto Rico. We request that Canadian customers please call us with your orders for immediate assistance. Orders with shipping destinations outside of these locations will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please call (800-966-6020) or email us with your inquiries.
All shipments are shipped F.O.B. our warehouse or factory. All UPS® and FedEx® orders received by 3:30 pm EST, with items in stock, usually ship the same day for established accounts or authorized credit card payments. Orders received after 3:30 pm EST, with items in stock, will ship no later than the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or legal holidays. Orders with items not in stock are usually processed within 24 hours. Our average shipping time is 3-5 business days, but each order can vary depending on the details of the order and circumstances relating to the availability of the item(s). Orders rarely take more than five business days to arrive unless there is an exception and/or if the chosen shipping method in relation to the F.O.B. point causes additional delivery time. In the event of a known and unusual exception, Q Source will endeavor to contact the customer to advise them of the expected delivery time.
We ship orders via UPS in the 48 contiguous states—customers may also use their own FedEx accounts as an alternate shipping option. (IMPORTANT: FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes - please provide a valid shipping address). In addition, we will accommodate any special routing instructions you may have to the best of our ability and within the accepted policies of the chosen freight carrier. Let us know if you need your order shipped overnight as we will attempt to accommodate you as best as is possible. New customers seeking an open credit account will not be eligible for same-day shipping unless a Credit Card payment is utilized and approved by Q Source, Inc. Restrictions may apply. Certain products due to weight and size cannot ship overnight and will be routed according to your best agreed upon method. Please contact Customer Service with any questions about your order. PLEASE NOTE: Title and risk of loss pass to the Customer when Product is delivered to the Carrier.
Products shown with the Hazardous Materials symbol are regulated by the Department of Transportation (DOT) and may be subject to an additional surcharge per shipment of $30.00 per carton and may only be allowed to ship via specific methods. Some items may require a minimum quantity ordered and will be designated as such. All Hazardous Materials are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-RETURNABLE.
All warranties are manufacturer warranties, unless otherwise noted. The following is made in lieu of all warranties, express or implied: All materials are guaranteed, provided they have not been damaged or used improperly. Seller's only obligation shall be to replace such quantities of materials proved to be defective. Seller shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of or inability to use the product. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.
